Sometimes there’s no rhyme nor reason why something beautiful comes to an end. It happens. Good friends part ways. What began as true love fades to a hot mess. A Pink Lady’s slipper blooms and an old limb crushingly fell. Each has to deal with the pain alone. But don’t dwell too long in your moment of sorry for time is short here. Shed your tears as you move forward with a forced smile on your face. Time and distance will numb the pain but it will linger on awhile like the scent of their perfume or the smell of an orchid cut down in its prime.

It’s something to go walkin’ in the woods. Pronounced ‘wudzs’. Do it alone or do it together, either way we’ll not judge you. For the open trail is free to you and me. It was bought and paid for for those who’ve now all passed. Just please take your trash, when you leave.

Show me yours and I’ll show you mine! Well not mine but my wife’s flowers we got today at @bobsgardencenter which is a flower enthusiast haven. Mostly cultivars but one of everything and some things you’ve never seen before. They even carry autographed copies of our book New Jersey’s Lost Piney Culture. I spied this little pot growing a bonus pineycraft item under the platform of 🌸. Which we all know is Penny cress one of my favorite dried flowers. So, comment below a flower picture you took from the backyard; cell phone or fancy camera no matter. We want to see what’s growing in your backyard that brings you joy! We went to Bobs for something special for the yard and I’ll share a pic or two later after I read everyone’s comments below.
